I'll have practice notes posted soon, but here's a stats rundown from this morning's scrimmage. Just an FYI, a large number of players (including Aron White, Marlon Brown, Tavarres King, Rennie Curran and Akeem Dent) sat out nursing various minor injuries.
NOTE: I didn't mention this initially, but the scrimmage involved the No. 1 offense going against the No. 2 defense, and vice versa. Sorry for any confusion.

Great job. Very timely.

I was just thinking about a 4 WR set including A.J., Brown, Moore and Orson with Aron White at TE. Maybe King/Wooten and move Orson to TE, too. That's just nasty.
I was just smiling at Samuel's stats when I finally made it down to the best line of all:
Rod Battle had 3.5 sacks.
Awesome!
DH - is DJ still there? If so can you ask him how it's looking for in in terms of the pecking order for Atl and if it's make or break for him this pre-season. Shultz at the AJC said he'll get cut if he doesn't secure the #2 spot.
Thanks!
Samuel just won the position!
Samuel the Stat Stuffer!
6 touches, 178 yds, 3 TDs
damn near 30yds/touch
Looks like the depth chart just got shook up! I believe our best two backs are Samuels and Thomas. Great job D.H. And hunker Battle hunker!
