they just don't care enough with the penalty system in place. there needs to be a change of some form.
The problem begins and ends with CMR. The players are simply not worried about facing the wrath of CMR. I relate this to raising kids. If you know that when you screw up huge you are going to have the hammer dropped upon you, you simply do not not screw up huge! Yes, kids will make mistakes, but not the type that we have seen the past SEVERAL years under CMR! Anon. 9:36 has it right..."there needs to be a change of some form." Time to talk tall and carry a big stick!
Who didn't get arrested for something in college?
