Houts, Robinson Earn All-SEC Honors

Georgia juniors Ashley Houts and Angel Robinson both were selected second-team All-SEC in balloting of league coaches, the conference office in Birmingham, Ala., announced on Tuesday.

Houts, a 5-6, guard from Trenton, Ga., leads the Lady Bulldogs and ranks among SEC leaders in scoring (No. 13 at 12.1 ppg), free throw percentage (No. 5 at .794), assists (No. 4 at 4.8 apg), assist-to-turnover ratio (No. 7 at 1.3), steals (No. 4 at 2.3 spg) and minutes played (No. 1 at 37.5 mpg). Houts is averaging 39.9 minutes played in SEC action, logging all but 67.6 seconds in Georgia's 14 league games.

Robinson, a 6-5, forward from Marietta, Ga., is averaging 11.0 points per game and leads the Lady Bulldogs in rebounding (9.1 rpg), field goal percentage (.539) and blocked shots (2.1 bpg). She has posted a team-high seven double-doubles, including three in SEC play.
